Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Micah application ("App") provided by Applifi AI ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

Description of Service

Micah is an AI-powered spiritual companion application that provides:

• AI-guided spiritual conversations and guidance
• Scripture study tools and interpretations
• Daily devotionals and spiritual readings
• Prayer support and faith-based discussions

The App uses artificial intelligence to provide personalized spiritual guidance. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content should not replace professional religious counsel or pastoral care.

User Accounts

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal purpose
• Violate any laws or regulations
• Harass, abuse, or harm others
• Share offensive, inappropriate, or harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Use the App to distribute spam or malware
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation

Subscriptions and Payments

Micah offers both free and paid subscription tiers:

• Free Tier: Access to basic features with limitations
• Premium Subscriptions: Full access to all features and unlimited usage

Subscription fees are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually). You can cancel your subscription at any time through your device's app store settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Applifi AI and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our services without explicit written permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. MICAH IS AN AI ASSISTANT AND SHOULD NOT REPLACE PROFESSIONAL RELIGIOUS COUNSEL, MENTAL HEALTH SERVICES, OR MEDICAL ADVICE.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, APPLIFI AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

Data and Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and use your data as described in the Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to such processing and warrant that all data provided by you is accurate.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, by sending a notification through the App. Your continued use of the App after changes constitute acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Applifi AI operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
